You've seen the videos of advanced dancers doing cool dips and hops, but you just can't figure out how to smoothly add them to your dancing. You're wondering, "How do I lead or follow those cool camera magnet moments?"

Well, you are in luck! Amye and Dami love to have fun on the dance floor (and work through cool ideas on the practice floor), and they are here to share their expertise with you. Damilola will bring you his experience with dips and lifts from his background in a variety of partnered dance styles. Amye will bring her experience as a Lindy Hopper, focusing on the partnered connection that is critical for executing dips, hops and tricks.
